Our philosophy at Twisted Robotics is that mechanical components can be produced at the lowest cost and fastest time by prototyping machine shops, and electronic circuits could be designed utilizing proven "off the shelf" components. We do not try to re-invent the wheel for every project. Twisted Robotics is an integrator of the industry's best robotic and automation components. We have spent years developing valuable relationships with prototyping shops and motion control experts so we can provide you with the best solution for your project. We'll take your project from an initial concept through mass production by utilizing our large network of partners.
Twisted Robotics employs project managers, robotic engineers, programmers, and 3D CAD operators to customize a solution for your project. We will design components using 3D modeling software, then send the model to one of our partners for manufacturing. Once the manufacturing is complete, the components will be inspected for quality and assembled. Electronic circuits and controls will be integrated and custom software will be installed for you application. After the prototype is tested and approved, Twisted Robotics will manage a plan for mass production of your product or we can supply your engineers with the appropriate design data for production.
